Samsung has recently unveiled a new line of phones to compliment the Omnia line. The Omnia Pro B7320, B7330, and B7610 are all solid contenders in the smartphone arena and they should definitely be on your list for your next mobile to check out.
Samsung Omnia Pro B7320
Succeeding the i600 Blackjack, the Samsung Pro B7320 features a familiar, almost Blackberry style layout. The new B7320 is the latest non-touchscreen mobile device from Samsung that runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 while being upgradable to the upcoming Windows Mobile 6.5.
The Omnia Pro B7320 is a business oriented phone and has plenty to offer for the mobile CEO. If communicating on the go is your thing, then the Omnia Pro B7320 offers corporate push email support, access to social networking applications such as Facebook and MySpace, and instant messaging support for MSN, Google Talk, and Yahoo Chat. The Omnia Pro B7320 also has Office Mobile (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF) for all of your on the go document management needs.
The 3.15 megapixel camera allows for image sizes of up to 2048 x 1536, can record video in up to 30fps, and has a second camera on the front for video calls. Samsung Omnia Pro B7330
The Omnia Pro B7330 is Samsung’s latest addition to its Windows Mobile family of smartphones. Shipping with Windows Mobile 6.5, you won’t be required to update the software (unlike the Omnia II and Omnia Pro B7320). Like the Pro B7320, the Pro B7330 is a business/corporate oriented phone offering plenty of features in the mobile communication and document management department.
Featuring a 2.62” screen with a 320 x 320 pixel resolution, the B7330 has a slightly larger screen compared to the B7320. The Omnia Pro B7330 also features a 3.2 megapixel camera that takes both pictures and video. With an additional camera on the front of the phone, the B7330 is also capable of making video calls. Samsung Omnia Pro B7610
The Samsung Omnia Pro B7610 features a touch screen and slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The Omnia Pro B7610 comes with Windows Mobile 6.1, so you can expect all of the regular features such as push email support, Microsoft Office Mobile, and support for your favorite instant messaging and social networking applications and sites.
What makes the Omnia Pro B7610 different then the B7320 or B7330 is not only the touchscreen/side-out keyboard, but the 3.5 inch AMOLED display, higher screen resolution (480 x 800 pixels), and higher resolution camera (5.0 megapixels).
